    I’ve been taking CoQ10 for years. It’s the best nutrient out there. It will moderately help with boosting your metabolism, but reckon of it more for its antioxidant qualities, such as preventing cervical cancer and gum disease. You should take it with a meal with stout in it for best absorption.
